Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. Unlike the exercises with dumbbells or barbells, kettlebell exercises often involve large numbers of repetitions. Kettlebell exercises are in their nature holistic; therefore they work several muscles simultaneously and may be repeated continuously for several minutes or with short breaks. This combination makes the exercise partially aerobic and more similar to High-intensity interval training rather than to traditional weight lifting. In one study, it was described as being “equivalent to running a 6-minute mile”.

DETROIT STYLE BALLROOM
Classical “Detroit Style Ballroom Dancing is a fusion of dance styles originating from the Midwest, this form of Contemporary Dance of the “chic sophisticate” is a compilation of Detroit Style Ballroom, Cha-Cha, Salsa and Freestyle. Learn the basic steps and advance to the intermediate level or partner dancing.
SOUL LINE DANCING
Soul Line Dancing is a great way to exercise and release stress, most of all its FUN! If you have not tried it and are looking for a way to lose weight or start a healthy life style, why not do it with Soul Line Dancing? The Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Biker Shuffle, Wobble, Summer Night Cha-Cha, ATL 285 Hustle and many more are all soulful line dances. These fun and exciting dances are often performed at dance clubs, weddings, reunions and parties.
KENPOTAIJEETSU REALITY BASED –MMA
This class is composed of two branches. One is known as Kenpo Jujitsu which is an empty hand system. Combining the best techniques of Kenpo, Brazilian Jujitsu, and Japanese Jujitsu with the pragmatic requirements of real life combat, the striking techniques of Chinese Kenpo, Boxing, and the kicking skills of Northern Shaolin, Thai Kickboxing, and TKD. The footwork, mobility zoning and blocking are from the Filipino Combat Martial Arts with the joint locking and throwing movements from Jujitsu, Aikjujitsu and Judo. The other branch is Kobujujitsu the weapons system. Is practical application from the Filipino Combat Martial Arts system in Arnis & Kali Tactical Edged Weapon.
